About This Policy

Everfree Prayer Ministries (“Everfree,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit healing and deliverance prayer ministry. Through everfreeprayer.org, our Prayer Intake Form, our facilitator training and courses, the Everfree Prayer Community, and our church partnerships, we help people encounter inner healing and deliverance prayer, grow in listening prayer and spiritual authority, and carry that freedom to others. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website, book a prayer appointment, apply to observe or serve on a prayer team, enroll in training or the Prayer Community, or give to Everfree, and how we use, protect, and share that information.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly

• Contact details you provide through our newsletter signup, contact forms, or Prayer Community signup (name, email, and similar).
• Prayer Intake Form information — this can include sensitive information such as your spiritual history, personal background, family dynamics, and trauma history that you choose to share to help our prayer team prepare for your session.
• Observer Application and Observer Reflection Form information, for those training to serve on a prayer team.
• Donation and payment information, processed through our third-party payment processor Stripe and Bloomerang Fundraising.
• Information you provide when you register for training, a course, or the Everfree Prayer Community, including through our Kajabi-hosted platform.

Information collected automatically

• Standard website usage data — pages visited, time on site, general location, device and browser type — collected through Google Analytics and similar tools.
• Cookies and similar technologies, used to understand site usage and improve the experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Information from third parties

• Basic account and engagement information from Kajabi, where you use our Kajabi-hosted courses or Community.
• Information from our payment processor confirming a donation or payment was completed (we do not receive or store your full card number).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To prepare for and provide prayer appointments, training, and community services.
• To process donations and course or Community payments.
• To send updates, new-course notifications, and ministry communications you’ve opted into — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand how our website is used, so we can improve it.
• To meet our legal and safety obligations, including mandatory reporting described below.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your Prayer Intake Form responses, session transcripts, or prayer requests for marketing or advertising purposes.

3. Confidentiality of Prayer Ministry Information

For healing and deliverance ministry, we treat what you share through the Prayer Intake Form and during a prayer session as confidential. Where a session is transcribed for internal ministry purposes, that transcript is not shared publicly, used for marketing, or distributed outside Everfree Prayer Ministries. Trained observers who may be present for a session are bound by the same confidentiality expectations as our prayer team.

4. When We May Disclose Information

Confidentiality has legal limits that exist to protect you and others. We will disclose information, and will notify you where we are able to beforehand, when we learn of:

• An intent to take harmful, dangerous, or criminal action against yourself or another person.
• Any act of child or elder abuse or neglect.

We may also share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate (our website host, Kajabi, our payment processor, and our email/newsletter provider), each of whom is only permitted to use it to provide that service to us, and as required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety of any person.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including secure hosting and limiting access to sensitive intake information to those on our team who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our Services, maintain our ministry and donor records, and meet legal, accounting, or safety-related obligations, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.

7. Your Choices and Rights

• You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any newsletter or update.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at [email protected], subject to our need to retain certain records (for example, donation records) for legal and accounting purposes.
• If you are a California resident, you have rights under California law (including the CCPA) to know what personal information we hold about you and to request its deletion.
• If you are visiting from outside the United States, please note your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our website and general Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. Where minors participate in a supervised Everfree program (such as an EverfreeHER youth event) through a partner church or with parental involvement, information is collected and handled in coordination with that parent, guardian, or supervising leader. 

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our training, courses, and the Everfree Prayer Community are hosted on Kajabi, a third-party platform with its own privacy practices. Our donation and payment processing is handled by Stripe. We encourage you to review those providers’ privacy policies as well.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our Services grow. We’ll post any changes here with a new effective date.
