We honor the authority of pastors, elders, and leadership teams, and we are committed to serving within the vision and theological convictions of each church we partner with. Our role is to equip and empower your people so that a culture of healthy, Spirit-led prayer can grow from within your community and continue long after our time with you is complete.
Leadership Coaching
For over three decades, Keith Peeler has served on staff in local churches and alongside global ministry leaders, helping build healthy, Spirit-led cultures of prayer. From large established congregations to smaller local churches, and across ministry environments in the United States, Europe, Africa, and the Caribbean, his work has centered on one mission: equipping the Church to hear God clearly, walk in identity, and pray with authority.
Through Everfree, we come alongside church leadership to strengthen what already exists, not replace it. Our role is to help pastors, teams, and volunteers build sustainable, biblically grounded prayer systems that lead to real transformation in people’s lives and in the life of the church.
Leader & Staff Training
Every church is different, which is why we offer both structured training experiences and fully customized consulting. Some churches invite us to implement proven frameworks that we have developed over years of ministry. Others ask us to step into their existing systems and help refine, strengthen, and unify what is already in place. In every setting, we come alongside your leadership with a deep respect for the local church as God’s primary vehicle for transformation in the world.
