Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Everfree Prayer Ministries

Everfree Prayer Ministries (“Everfree,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit healing and deliverance prayer ministry founded by Rev. Keith Peeler and Megan Peeler. What began as a front-porch prayer gathering in East Dallas has grown into an international movement equipping believers to hear God’s voice, know their identity in Christ, and walk in spiritual authority. Through inner healing and deliverance prayer appointments, hands-on facilitator training, online courses, the Everfree Prayer Community, and church partnerships, we help bring healing, freedom, and transformation to individuals, ministry leaders, and churches — in Dallas, TX, Southern California, Wimberley, TX, Franklin, TN, and around the world.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of everfreeprayer.org, our prayer appointments and intake process, our training and courses (including those hosted on our Kajabi platform), the Everfree Prayer Community, our podcast and stories, and any other services we offer (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting our website, submitting a form, booking a prayer appointment, enrolling in training, or joining the Prayer Community, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who These Terms Apply To

Our Services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. Some of our programs — such as prayer appointments, EverfreeHER events or Strong Man sessions hosted online or at a partner church — may include participants under 18; in those cases, participation requires the involvement and consent of a parent, guardian, or supervising church/youth leader, consistent with that host organization’s own child-safety policies.

2. Our Services Are Spiritual and Pastoral, Not Clinical

Everfree’s prayer appointments, training, and community are spiritual and pastoral in nature. They are a form of prayer ministry — not professional counseling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a diagnostic service. Our facilitators and prayer team members are not, by virtue of their role at Everfree, licensed mental health professionals, physicians, or clinicians, and nothing offered through our Services should be treated as a diagnosis or a substitute for medical or mental health care. If you are in crisis or in danger, please contact 911 or a licensed professional immediately.

3. Prayer Appointments: Consent, Recording, and Observers

Before any guided healing prayer or inner healing and deliverance session, you will be asked to review and accept a Prayer Agreement & Consent as part of our Prayer Intake Form. That agreement — which these Terms incorporate by reference — explains, among other things, that:

  • Sessions are typically conducted by video and may be transcribed for internal ministry purposes only; transcripts are not shared publicly, used for marketing, or distributed outside Everfree Prayer Ministries.
  • Trained observers may occasionally attend a session for ministry training purposes. Observers keep their camera off, remain muted, participate only through silent prayer, and are bound by the same confidentiality expectations as our prayer team.
  • You may be offered one complimentary two-hour prayer appointment; donations toward future sessions are always optional, never required.

Where anything in this section and the Prayer Agreement & Consent you sign at intake differ, the version you sign at intake controls for that specific session.

4. Confidentiality and Our Legal Duty to Report

We hold what you share with us in prayer sessions in confidence, as a matter of both ministry practice and respect for you. That said, like any responsible ministry, we have a legal and ethical obligation to report — and we will report, notifying you where we are able to beforehand — any of the following:

  • An intent to take harmful, dangerous, or criminal action against yourself or another person.
  • Any act of child or elder abuse or neglect that is disclosed to us or that we have reason to believe is occurring.

This is a limit on confidentiality, not a loophole — we take it seriously precisely because we take your safety and the safety of others seriously.

5. Assumption of Risk and Release

Prayer ministry can surface deep emotion, memory, and spiritual experience. By participating in a prayer appointment, training, or community activity, you acknowledge that sessions may bring up spiritual, emotional, or physical discomfort, and you voluntarily assume that risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Everfree Prayer Ministries, its founders, staff, prayer team members, and volunteer observers from liability arising from your participation, including where a session does not meet your expectations or results in spiritual, emotional, or physical discomfort or dysfunction. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be released under applicable law.

6. Training, Courses, and the Everfree Prayer Community

Some of our training and courses — including individual courses and the Everfree Prayer Community — are delivered through Kajabi, a third-party course and community platform. Your use of Kajabi-hosted content is governed both by these Terms and by Kajabi’s own terms of service; where you create a separate account to access that content, Kajabi’s policies apply to that account and platform.

All curriculum, teaching frameworks (including Ask, Trust, Test), guides, videos, and related materials we provide are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or publicly share this material without our prior written permission, or that of the applicable content owner where curriculum is produced in partnership with a third party (for example, materials produced in partnership with Kingdom Creative Media).

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 What we own. The Everfree name and logo, the Ask · Trust · Test™ framework and its name, our courses and curriculum, and the writing, images, audio, and video on this site (together, the “Content”) are owned by Everfree Ministries or used by us under written license, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Some Content — Scripture quotations, music, photographs — belongs to others and is used with permission; it remains theirs and is subject to their terms.

7.2 What you may do. We want this teaching to travel. You may link to any page on this site; quote up to 300 words of our written Content, or share up to 90 seconds of our audio or video, for non-commercial ministry purposes, with credit to Everfree Ministries and a link to the source; and print or download one copy of freely available Content for your own study or for use in a small group, family, or church setting, provided you charge nothing for it and leave our copyright and credit lines intact.

7.3 What you may not do. Without our prior written permission, you may not: reproduce Content beyond the limits in Section 7.2; sell, license, or charge for access to Content; create derivative works, adaptations, or translations; remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notice; use our name, logo, or the Ask · Trust · Test™ name in any way suggesting we endorse or are affiliated with you or your ministry; or use the Content to train or fine-tune any artificial intelligence system, or scrape or harvest this site for that purpose. We reserve all rights against text and data mining.

7.4 Rights reserved. Apart from Sections 7.2 and 7.5, you receive no license or interest in the Content by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7.5 Courses. Purchasing or receiving access to a course grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the materials for your own study, and to use any handouts with a group you lead at no charge. You may not share login credentials, and you may not teach the course for a fee or within a paid program without a separate written license from us. We will make reasonable efforts to keep purchased courses available but do not promise perpetual or lifetime access; if we retire a course, we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to download what is downloadable.

8. Donations and Payments

8.1 Who we are. Everfree Ministries is a Texas nonprofit corporation recognized by the IRS as tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3), EIN 93-4557063. Gifts to Everfree are tax-deductible to the extent the law allows.

8.2 Gifts and purchases. These are two different transactions. Gifts to Everfree Ministries support our ministry and may be deductible. Courses and digital media are sold by Kingdom Creative Media, a separate for-profit company. Purchases are not donations and are not tax-deductible.

8.3 Ministry is free. Prayer appointments, pastoral care, and counsel are offered without charge. No gift is required, expected, or a condition of receiving ministry from us. Where we charge a fee for an event or in-person training, we will say so and state the amount.

8.4 Receipts. We send a written acknowledgment for every gift, including the acknowledgment you will need to substantiate a gift of $250 or more. We cannot give tax advice; please consult your own advisor.

8.5 Gifts are final. Gifts are irrevocable and, except where the law requires otherwise, non-refundable. If a gift was made in error or without authorization, contact us within 30 days and we will review it in good faith.

8.6 How gifts are used. Unless you designate otherwise, gifts go where the need is greatest. We honor designations wherever practicable; if a designated purpose becomes impossible or fully funded, our board may apply the gift to the nearest purpose you intended. We may decline or return any gift.

8.7 Your information. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share donor information with anyone outside Everfree Ministries, except as needed to process your gift or as the law requires. You may give anonymously, and you may ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

8.8 Payment processing. We use [processor] to process gifts; that transaction is also governed by the processor’s terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full card number. To change or cancel a recurring gift, [email protected].

9. Website and Community Conduct

When you use our healing and deliverance website or participate in the Everfree Prayer Community, you agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that harasses, threatens, or harms another person.
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from our website or platforms.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with Everfree.
  • Share another participant’s story, prayer request, or session content outside the community without their permission.

We may remove content or suspend access for anyone who violates these expectations.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Our healing and deliverance website and communications may link to third-party sites and services (for example, Kajabi, our payment processor, and our social media pages on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party services.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we are committed to the wellbeing of everyone we serve, we do not guarantee any particular spiritual, emotional, or physical outcome from a prayer appointment, training, or course for healing and deliverance.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the healing and deliverance ministry of Everfree Prayer Ministries and its founders, staff, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in District Court of Hays County, Texas. Federal law disputes will be handled in the Austin Division of the Western District of Texas.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our Services grow — including as we bring Kajabi courses and the Prayer Community fully online. We will post the updated Terms here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
